🥗 Crispy Radish and Apple Salad

Ingredients
- Shallots 20 g
- Radishes 300 g
- Apples, red 150 g
- Peppers, yellow 150 g
- Feta cheese 100 g
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallot and cut it in half.
- 2. Place the shallot pieces into the mixing container.
- 3. Place the measuring cup on top and chop the shallots for 10 seconds at speed 5.
- 4. Use a spatula to push any shallot pieces stuck to the sides back down.
- 5. Wash the radishes and pat them dry.
- 6. Core the apple and cut it into rough chunks.
- 7. Remove the seeds and stem from the bell pepper and chop it roughly.
- 8. Add the radishes, apple, bell pepper, feta cheese, olive oil, mustard, salt, sugar, and lemon juice to the mixing container.
- 9. Blend the ingredients for 10 seconds at speed 5.
- 10. Taste the salad one last time to adjust the seasoning.
- 11. Serve the salad immediately.
