  1. 1. Peel the shallot and cut it in half.
  2. 2. Place the shallot pieces into the mixing container.
  3. 3. Place the measuring cup on top and chop the shallots for 10 seconds at speed 5.
  4. 4. Use a spatula to push any shallot pieces stuck to the sides back down.
  5. 5. Wash the radishes and pat them dry.
  6. 6. Core the apple and cut it into rough chunks.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds and stem from the bell pepper and chop it roughly.
  8. 8. Add the radishes, apple, bell pepper, feta cheese, olive oil, mustard, salt, sugar, and lemon juice to the mixing container.
  9. 9. Blend the ingredients for 10 seconds at speed 5.
  10. 10. Taste the salad one last time to adjust the seasoning.
  11. 11. Serve the salad immediately.
