  1. 1. Cut the core of the radicchio into a wedge shape and carefully detach about 8 nice leaves. Wash them and pat them dry thoroughly, then place them on a plate.
  2. 2. Peel the apple, halve it, remove the core, and grate it finely. In a bowl, mix the cranberries and sour cream together, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Spread the mixture over the radicchio boats. Cut the crackling ham into thin strips and arrange them on top. Wash the chives, dry them, and cut into fine rings, then sprinkle over. Enjoy your meal!
