🍽️ Mushroom Raclette with Sweet and Sour Onions

Ingredients
- mushrooms, brown 150 g
- onions, red 1 pcs
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- sugar pinch
- balsamic vinegar, dark 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- raclette cheese, herbs 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Gently clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and slice them thinly.
- 2. Halve the onions, peel them, and cut them into wedges.
- 3. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and finely chop the leaves.
- 4. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 5. Sauté the onion wedges for about five minutes until they are translucent but not brown.
- 6. Add one teaspoon of sugar and two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar to the pan.
- 7. Swirl the pan briefly and season the onions with salt.
- 8. Turn on your raclette grill and let it preheat.
- 9. Fill the small raclette pans with the mushrooms and the balsamic onions.
- 10. Place a portion of raclette cheese on top of each filling.
- 11. Melt the cheese for about ten minutes in the raclette grill.
- 12. Sprinkle the finished raclette with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
