🍝 Pasta Raclette in the Pan

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Macaroni 80 g
- Raclette cheese, truffle 4 slices
- Fried onions 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Boil about 1 liter of water with salt in a pot.
- 2. Add the macaroni to the boiling salted water.
- 3. Cook the pasta for about 8 minutes until al dente.
- 4. Pour the pasta into a colander and let it drain well.
- 5. Turn on your raclette grill and let it preheat.
- 6. Fill the small raclette pans with the drained macaroni.
- 7. Place raclette cheese over the pasta.
- 8. Bake the pans for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- 9. Sprinkle the finished dish with fried onions.
- 10. Serve the pans directly and enjoy your meal.
