  2. 2. Drain the cornichons and halve them if desired. Drain the potatoes, let them steam for a moment, and slice them with the skin on.
  3. 3. Preheat the raclette grill. Line the pans with the potato slices. Distribute the cornichons and fried onions evenly on top. Add a slice of raclette cheese and bake until golden brown for about 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal! Note: The ingredients are for one pan per person.
