🍽️ Raclette-Pan with Potatoes, Cornichons and Fried Onions

Ingredients
- small potatoes, mostly waxy 100 g
- salt pinch
- cornichons 8 pcs.
- fried onions 4 tbsp
- raclette cheese, truffle 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring the potatoes to a boil in salted water and cook covered over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- 2. Drain the cornichons and halve them if desired. Drain the potatoes, let them steam for a moment, and slice them with the skin on.
- 3. Preheat the raclette grill. Line the pans with the potato slices. Distribute the cornichons and fried onions evenly on top. Add a slice of raclette cheese and bake until golden brown for about 10 minutes. Enjoy your meal! Note: The ingredients are for one pan per person.
