🍽️ Crispy Raclette Pans with Smoked Duck and Pear

Ingredients
- Pears 1 pc.
- Smoked duck breast fillet 100 g
- Cranberries 4 tsp
- Raclette cheese, pink pepper 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the pear under running water.
- 2. Cut the pear into four equal quarters.
- 3. Remove the hard core from the center of the pear quarters.
- 4. Slice the pear quarters into thin, even slices.
- 5. Turn on your raclette grill and let it preheat.
- 6. Take the small pans and place a piece of smoked duck breast inside.
- 7. Distribute the pear slices evenly over the duck breast.
- 8. Sprinkle the wild cranberries loosely and evenly on top.
- 9. Place a slice of raclette cheese as the top layer on the pan.
- 10. Place the pans under the grill heat and bake them for about 10 minutes.
