  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the pear under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the pear into four equal quarters.
  3. 3. Remove the hard core from the center of the pear quarters.
  4. 4. Slice the pear quarters into thin, even slices.
  5. 5. Turn on your raclette grill and let it preheat.
  6. 6. Take the small pans and place a piece of smoked duck breast inside.
  7. 7. Distribute the pear slices evenly over the duck breast.
  8. 8. Sprinkle the wild cranberries loosely and evenly on top.
  9. 9. Place a slice of raclette cheese as the top layer on the pan.
  10. 10. Place the pans under the grill heat and bake them for about 10 minutes.
