Ingredients
- Shrimp, cooked 100 g
- Pineapple pieces from the can 100 g
- Curry powder 0.25 tsp
- Raclette cheese, pink pepper 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Let the shrimp thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Place the pineapple in a colander and let the juice drain off.
- 3. Put the shrimp and the pineapple into a bowl.
- 4. Add curry powder and mix everything well together.
- 5. Turn on your raclette grill and let it preheat.
- 6. Fill the shrimp and pineapple mixture into the small raclette pans.
- 7. Place a slice of raclette cheese on each portion.
- 8. Bake the pans in the raclette grill for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
