Ingredients
- frozen berry mix 100 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 80 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- sugar 2 tbsp
- eggs 1 pc.
- milk 50 ml
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Let the berries thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- 2. Mix 80 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl.
- 3. Add 1 egg and 50 milliliters of milk.
- 4. Stir everything quickly until you have a smooth batter.
- 5. Let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 6. Preheat your raclette grill.
- 7. Pour about 3 tablespoons of pancake batter into each small pan.
- 8. Distribute the thawed berries on top of the batter.
- 9. Bake the pancakes for about 8 minutes.
- 10. Sprinkle the finished pancakes with cinnamon and sugar.
