  1. 1. Toast the sliced almonds in a pan without added fat until golden brown.
  2. 2. Let the toasted almonds cool down completely on a plate.
  3. 3. Wash the berries if necessary and let them drain well.
  4. 4. Gently mix the drained berries in a bowl.
  5. 5. Whip the egg whites from two eggs together with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  6. 6. Stir in 100 grams of sugar gradually into the egg whites.
  7. 7. Continue beating the mixture until it is shiny and forms stiff peaks.
  8. 8. Lightly grease the small raclette pans with butter.
  9. 9. Place one portion of the berry mixture into each prepared pan.
  10. 10. Place a spoonful of the freshly prepared meringue mixture on top of the berries.
  11. 11. Broil the pans in the raclette grill until the meringue is lightly browned.
  12. 12. Watch carefully so the meringue does not burn, as it caramelizes very quickly.
  13. 13. Garnish the finished dessert with the cooled sliced almonds.
