🍽️ Raclette with Fennel Salami and Buffalo Mozzarella

Ingredients
- olives, green 100 g
- buffalo mozzarella 2 pcs.
- basil, fresh 10 g
- baguette 0.25 pcs.
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- fennel salami 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Place the olives in a colander and let them drain well.
- 2. Drain the mozzarella and tear it into coarse pieces.
- 3. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
- 4. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them coarsely.
- 5. Slice the baguette at a slight angle.
- 6. Place the bread slices in a bowl.
- 7. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and some salt.
- 8. Mix everything well together.
- 9. Preheat your raclette grill.
- 10. Fill the small pans with the prepared bread slices.
- 11. Place the fennel salami on top of the bread.
- 12. Distribute the olives over the pans.
- 13. Add the pieces of buffalo mozzarella on top.
- 14. Bake the pans for about 10 minutes.
- 15. Drizzle the basil oil over the finished raclette.
- 16. Serve the dish immediately.
