  1. 1. Place the olives in a colander and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Drain the mozzarella and tear it into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  4. 4. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them coarsely.
  5. 5. Slice the baguette at a slight angle.
  6. 6. Place the bread slices in a bowl.
  7. 7. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and some salt.
  8. 8. Mix everything well together.
  9. 9. Preheat your raclette grill.
  10. 10. Fill the small pans with the prepared bread slices.
  11. 11. Place the fennel salami on top of the bread.
  12. 12. Distribute the olives over the pans.
  13. 13. Add the pieces of buffalo mozzarella on top.
  14. 14. Bake the pans for about 10 minutes.
  15. 15. Drizzle the basil oil over the finished raclette.
  16. 16. Serve the dish immediately.
