🍽️ Mixed Raclette Grill Party

Ingredients
- potatoes, waxy 500 g
- turkey breast cutlets 400 g
- minute steaks from pork 400 g
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- thyme, fresh 5 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- broccoli 1 pc.
- salt pinch
- mushrooms, brown 250 g
- cherry tomatoes 150 g
- zucchini 0.5 pc.
- onions, red 1 pc.
- cooked ham 200 g
- raclette cheese 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Place the potatoes in a pot.
- 2. Pour in enough water to just cover the potatoes.
- 3. Bring the water to a boil.
- 4. Reduce the heat to medium.
- 5. Cook the potatoes for about 25 minutes.
- 6. Drain the water.
- 7. Peel the warm potatoes.
- 8. Slice the potatoes.
- 9. Rinse the meat under cold water.
- 10. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
- 11. Cut the meat into strips.
- 12. Peel the garlic.
- 13. Roughly chop the garlic.
- 14. Rinse the thyme.
- 15. Shake the thyme dry.
- 16. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems.
- 17. Take a bowl.
- 18. Add the turkey meat and the pork meat to the bowl.
- 19. Add the chopped garlic.
- 20. Add the thyme leaves.
- 21. Add olive oil.
- 22. Mix everything well together.
- 23. Rinse the broccoli.
- 24. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 25. Take a pot.
- 26. Pour about 1 liter of salted water into the pot.
- 27. Bring the salted water to a boil.
- 28. Add the broccoli to the bubbling water.
- 29. Cook the broccoli for approx. 5 minutes.
- 30. Drain the broccoli.
- 31. Rinse the broccoli with cold water.
- 32. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen paper.
- 33. Slice the mushrooms.
- 34. Halve the tomatoes.
- 35. Rinse the zucchini.
- 36. Divide the zucchini lengthwise into quarters.
- 37. Slice the zucchini quarters.
- 38. Halve the onion.
- 39. Peel the onion halves.
- 40. Cut the onion into strips.
- 41. Quarter the ham.
- 42. Cut the ham into strips.
- 43. Preheat the raclette grill.
- 44. Fill the ingredients into separate small bowls.
- 45. Take the marinated meat out of the marinade.
- 46. Place the meat on the hot grill plate.
- 47. Grill the meat for about 2–3 minutes.
- 48. Fry the meat until golden brown.
- 49. Fill the raclette pans as you like.
- 50. Add the grilled meat to the pans.
- 51. Add the ham to the pans.
- 52. Add the vegetables to the pans.
- 53. Place one slice of raclette cheese on top of the filling.
- 54. Bake the cheese for approx. 10 minutes.
- 55. Brown the cheese until golden.
