🍳 Quinoa Porridge with Peach and Blueberries

Ingredients
- Quinoa 300 g
- Soy drink 900 ml
- Blueberries, fresh 100 g
- Peaches 2 pcs.
- Mint, fresh 10 g
- Cinnamon pinch
- Honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring quinoa together with soy milk to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Then remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
- 2. Rinse blueberries. Clean peaches, halve them, remove the pit, and slice into thin slices. Rinse mint, pat dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 3. Season the quinoa porridge with cinnamon and honey, serve in bowls, and garnish with blueberries, peach, and mint. Enjoy your meal! Tip: You can prepare the quinoa well in advance. Cook the porridge the evening before so you can quickly prepare your breakfast in the morning.
