🍰 Fruity Quinoa Breakfast Porridge

Ingredients
- soy drink 900 ml
- brown sugar 2 tbsp
- quinoa 300 g
- kiwi 2 pcs
- grapefruit 2 pcs
- pistachios 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Pour the soy drink and the sugar into a cooking pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
- 3. Rinse the quinoa grains thoroughly in a sieve.
- 4. Let the water drain off.
- 5. Add the quinoa grains to the boiling soy drink.
- 6. Cook the quinoa for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 7. Stir occasionally while doing so.
- 8. Remove the pot from the stove.
- 9. Cover the pot.
- 10. Let the quinoa swell for another 10 minutes.
- 11. Peel the kiwis.
- 12. Cut the kiwis into quarters.
- 13. Slice the kiwi quarters into thin slices.
- 14. Peel the grapefruits with a sharp knife.
- 15. Remove the white pith completely.
- 16. Cut out the grapefruit fillets using V-shaped cuts.
- 17. Catch the released juice.
- 18. Place the fruits in a bowl.
- 19. Mix the fruits with the collected grapefruit juice.
- 20. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
- 21. Place the fruits on top of the quinoa porridge.
- 22. Sprinkle the pistachios over it.
- 23. Enjoy your meal!
