  1. 1. Pour the soy drink and the sugar into a cooking pot.
  2. 2. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
  3. 3. Rinse the quinoa grains thoroughly in a sieve.
  4. 4. Let the water drain off.
  5. 5. Add the quinoa grains to the boiling soy drink.
  6. 6. Cook the quinoa for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
  7. 7. Stir occasionally while doing so.
  8. 8. Remove the pot from the stove.
  9. 9. Cover the pot.
  10. 10. Let the quinoa swell for another 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Peel the kiwis.
  12. 12. Cut the kiwis into quarters.
  13. 13. Slice the kiwi quarters into thin slices.
  14. 14. Peel the grapefruits with a sharp knife.
  15. 15. Remove the white pith completely.
  16. 16. Cut out the grapefruit fillets using V-shaped cuts.
  17. 17. Catch the released juice.
  18. 18. Place the fruits in a bowl.
  19. 19. Mix the fruits with the collected grapefruit juice.
  20. 20. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
  21. 21. Place the fruits on top of the quinoa porridge.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the pistachios over it.
