🍳 Quinoa Porridge with Fried Banana

Ingredients
- Quinoa 200 g
- Soy drink 400 ml
- Water 400 ml
- Bananas 4 pcs.
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Beet syrup 1 tbsp
- Raspberries, fresh 100 g
- Cinnamon pinch
- Soy yogurt 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring quinoa, soy milk, and water to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20–25 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
- 2. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the bananas cut side down for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with sugar beet syrup and remove the pan from the heat.
- 3. Rinse the raspberries and let them drain. Season the quinoa porridge with cinnamon and possibly sugar beet syrup. Distribute into bowls and top with fried bananas, raspberries, and a dollop of soy yogurt. Enjoy!
