  1. 1. In a pot, bring quinoa, soy milk, and water to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20–25 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
  2. 2. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the bananas cut side down for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with sugar beet syrup and remove the pan from the heat.
  3. 3. Rinse the raspberries and let them drain. Season the quinoa porridge with cinnamon and possibly sugar beet syrup. Distribute into bowls and top with fried bananas, raspberries, and a dollop of soy yogurt. Enjoy!
