  1. 1. Rinse quinoa in a sieve. In a pot, bring quinoa to a boil with about 900 ml of salted water and let it simmer on low heat for about 12 minutes. Then drain in a sieve.
  2. 2. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core, and cut into wedges. Coarsely chop the pecans.
  3. 3. Evenly distribute the quinoa in bowls, season with beet syrup and cinnamon, and serve with the apples and pecans. Enjoy your meal!
