🍳 Quinoa with Apple and Nuts

Ingredients
- Quinoa 300 g
- Salt pinch
- Apples, red 4 pcs.
- Pecan nuts 150 g
- Beet syrup 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse quinoa in a sieve. In a pot, bring quinoa to a boil with about 900 ml of salted water and let it simmer on low heat for about 12 minutes. Then drain in a sieve.
- 2. Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core, and cut into wedges. Coarsely chop the pecans.
- 3. Evenly distribute the quinoa in bowls, season with beet syrup and cinnamon, and serve with the apples and pecans.
