Ingredients
- Quinoa 300 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 700 ml
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in a sieve under running, lukewarm water. Then bring salted water to a boil in a pot, add the quinoa, and cook over low heat for about 12 minutes.
- 2. Remove the pot from the heat and let the quinoa swell for about 5 minutes. Then stir in the olive oil and serve. Enjoy your meal!
