  1. 1. Rinse the raspberries thoroughly. Roast the hazelnuts in a pan without oil over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Then remove from the pan and roughly chop. Wash the mint, dry it well, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the quark, yogurt, and honey thoroughly and adjust to taste. Add the raspberries and divide them into bowls. Garnish with hazelnuts and mint. Enjoy your meal!
