🍰 Quark dessert with raspberries and hazelnuts

Ingredients
- raspberries, fresh 200 g
- hazelnut kernels, whole 4 tbsp
- mint, fresh 5 g
- quark 40% fat in total solids 250 g
- yogurt, plain 300 g
- honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the raspberries thoroughly. Roast the hazelnuts in a pan without oil over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Then remove from the pan and roughly chop. Wash the mint, dry it well, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the quark, yogurt, and honey thoroughly and adjust to taste. Add the raspberries and divide them into bowls. Garnish with hazelnuts and mint.
