Ingredients
- wild garlic 40 g
- spring onions 1 bunch
- quark 40 % fat in total 500 g
- fine semolina 150 g
- eggs 2 pcs
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sunflower oil 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the wild garlic under running water.
- 2. Pat the wild garlic dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Finely chop the wild garlic.
- 4. Wash the spring onions.
- 5. Dry the spring onions.
- 6. Remove the hard root ends of the spring onions.
- 7. Chop the spring onions into small pieces.
- 8. Take a large bowl.
- 9. Add the chopped wild garlic to the bowl.
- 10. Add the chopped spring onions to the bowl.
- 11. Add the quark to the bowl.
- 12. Add the semolina to the bowl.
- 13. Add the eggs to the bowl.
- 14. Mix all ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt.
- 16. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 17. Let the mixture swell for about 40 minutes.
- 18. Take two tablespoons.
- 19. Shape small fritters from the mixture.
- 20. Repeat this until you have 12 fritters.
- 21. Take a pan.
- 22. Add oil to the pan.
- 23. Heat the pan on medium setting.
- 24. Place the fritters in the hot sunflower oil.
- 25. Fry the fritters at low temperature.
- 26. Fry the fritters for about 4 minutes.
- 27. Turn the fritters.
- 28. Fry the other side for about 4 minutes.
- 29. Fry the fritters until they are golden brown.
- 30. Take a piece of kitchen paper.
- 31. Place the fried fritters on the kitchen paper.
- 32. Let the excess oil drain off.
- 33. Serve the fritters.
