Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 20 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- quark 40% fat in total 400 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rye bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the parsley, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves and chop them finely. Wash the lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the quark with garlic and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Serve the spread with rye bread.
