🍳 Quark with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- dill, fresh 20 g
- tomatoes, dried 50 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- quark 40 % Fett i.Tr. 400 g
- whipping cream 50 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rye bread 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Wash the dill thoroughly, dry it, and chop it finely. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes with olive oil and the chopped dill.
- 2. In another bowl, combine the quark and cream using a fork, and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Spread the quark on rye bread and top with the marinated, sliced tomatoes. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if desired, and serve.
