Ingredients
- Radishes 1 bunch
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Dill, fresh 10 g
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Quark 40% fat in dry matter 500 g
- Whipping cream 100 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Rye bread 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Clean the radishes thoroughly, remove the roots and tops, and cut them into quarters. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Wash the dill and parsley, dry them, remove the thick stems, and chop finely.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the quark and cream together with a fork, then fold in the dill and parsley. Combine everything well and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Arrange the radishes and tomatoes on plates and serve them alongside the quark and ciabatta.
