🍳 Quark Bowl with Fresh Fruit and Crunchy Muesli Topping

Ingredients
- Almonds, whole 4 tbsp
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 2 tbsp
- Oat flakes, hearty 3 tbsp
- Cinnamon pinch
- Honey 3 tbsp
- Grapes, white 200 g
- Strawberries 300 g
- Bananas 2 pcs
- Quark 40% fat in total solids 500 g
- Yogurt, plain 300 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Put nuts, oat flakes, cinnamon, and honey into a bowl.
- 4. Mix the ingredients well together.
- 5. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared tray.
- 6. Bake the topping for about 10 minutes in the oven.
- 7. Rinse the grapes under running water.
- 8. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 9. Remove the green stem from the strawberries.
- 10. Cut the strawberries into four equal pieces.
- 11. Peel the bananas.
- 12. Cut the bananas into coarse cubes.
- 13. Take the baking tray with the topping out of the oven.
- 14. Let the topping cool down briefly.
- 15. Chop the cooled topping coarsely with a knife.
- 16. Put quark, yogurt, and honey into a separate bowl.
- 17. Stir the quark mixture until smooth.
- 18. Fill the quark mixture into small bowls.
- 19. Distribute the fruit and the chopped topping over the quark.
- 20. Serve the bowls immediately and enjoy them.
