Ingredients
- Clementine 6 pcs
- Pistachios 4 tbsp
- Quark 40 % fat in dry matter 400 g
- Honey 1 tsp
- Yogurt, plain 100 g
- Cream cheese, grainy 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the clementines and separate the segments carefully. Remove the pistachios from their shells and chop them roughly.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the quark, honey, yogurt, and cream cheese until smooth. Serve the mixture in small bowls with the clementines and pistachios on top.
