  4. 4. Place the plums, 30 grams of sugar, cinnamon, and red wine in a pot.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  6. 6. Simmer the compote for about 5 minutes until the plums are soft.
  7. 7. Mix the starch smoothly with a little water.
  8. 8. Add the mixed starch to the compote.
  9. 9. Bring the compote to a boil once.
  10. 10. Let the compote cool down.
  11. 11. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  12. 12. Grate about 1 teaspoon of lemon zest finely.
  13. 13. Wash the potatoes.
  14. 14. Place the potatoes in a pot with salted water.
  15. 15. Bring the water to a boil.
  16. 16. Cook the potatoes covered at medium heat for about 25 minutes.
  17. 17. Check if the potatoes are soft.
  18. 18. Drain the potatoes.
  19. 19. Rinse the potatoes with cold water.
  20. 20. Peel the potatoes.
