  5. 5. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel if necessary.
  6. 6. Cut the mushrooms in half.
  7. 7. Wash the peach.
  8. 8. Halve the peach and remove the stone.
  9. 9. Cut the flesh into wedges.
  10. 10. Halve the onion and peel it.
  11. 11. Quarter the onion.
  12. 12. Separate the individual onion layers from each other.
  13. 13. Rinse the basil.
  14. 14. Shake the basil dry.
  15. 15. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  16. 16. Chop the basil leaves finely.
  17. 17. Peel the garlic.
