🍽️ Turkey Skewers with Corn and Peach

Ingredients
- Turkey breast fillet 600 g
- Ear of corn, cooked 250 g
- White mushrooms 100 g
- Peaches 1 pc.
- Red onions 1 pc.
- Basil, fresh 20 g
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey meat under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the turkey meat into uniform cubes.
- 4. Cut the corn cobs into thick rings.
- 5. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel if necessary.
- 6. Cut the mushrooms in half.
- 7. Wash the peach.
- 8. Halve the peach and remove the stone.
- 9. Cut the flesh into wedges.
- 10. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 11. Quarter the onion.
- 12. Separate the individual onion layers from each other.
- 13. Rinse the basil.
- 14. Shake the basil dry.
- 15. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 16. Chop the basil leaves finely.
- 17. Peel the garlic.
- 18. Dice the garlic finely.
- 19. Put the olive oil in a bowl.
- 20. Add the chopped basil.
- 21. Add the diced garlic.
- 22. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 23. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
- 24. Thread the ingredients onto wooden skewers as desired.
- 25. Preheat the grill.
- 26. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 27. Grill the skewers for about 6 minutes.
- 28. Turn the skewers until they are golden brown.
