  2. 2. Peel the shallots and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the chopped shallots to the pan.
  5. 5. Sauté the shallots for three to four minutes until they are soft and translucent.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat and add cream cheese, cream, and mustard to a separate bowl.
  7. 7. Mix the sauce ingredients well together.
  8. 8. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and honey to taste.
  9. 9. Grate the cheese finely.
  10. 10. Rinse the turkey cutlets under running water.
  11. 11. Pat the cutlets dry with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Halve the cutlets crosswise if they are too large for your baking dish.
