🍽️ Turkey Involtini with Zucchini

Ingredients
- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Lemon 1 pcs
- Turkey breast cutlets 600 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cooked ham 100 g
- Oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the zucchini thoroughly, trim the ends, and use a vegetable peeler to make about 10 thin slices. Wash the lemon under hot water and grate approximately 1 tsp of the zest finely.
- 2. Rinse the cutlets, pat them dry with kitchen paper, and pound them flat between two layers of cling film. Season with salt, pepper, and the grated lemon zest.
- 3. Top each cutlet with a slice of cooked ham and 2–3 zucchini slices. Roll the cutlets tightly, cut them into pieces about 4 cm thick, and thread them onto skewers.
- 4. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and fry the turkey volatini with zucchini for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Reduce the heat, cover, and let them cook through for approx. 5 minutes. Alternatively, the skewers can be prepared on the grill. Enjoy your meal!
