  4. 4. Cut the onion halves into thin strips.
  5. 5. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
  6. 6. Slice the zucchini diagonally into thin rounds.
  7. 7. Cut the zucchini slices into small batons.
  8. 8. Clean the mushrooms with a cloth if necessary.
  9. 9. Quarter the mushrooms.
  10. 10. Put the rice into a pot.
  11. 11. Pour about 700 milliliters of salted water over it.
  12. 12. Bring the water and rice to a boil.
  13. 13. Reduce the heat to low.
  14. 14. Place the lid on the pot.
  15. 15. Let the rice cook for about 12 minutes.
  16. 16. Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  17. 17. Fry the turkey strips in it for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
  18. 18. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  19. 19. Remove the meat from the pan and place it on a plate.
  20. 20. Heat the same pan again with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  21. 21. Fry the onion strips, zucchini batons, and mushrooms in the cooking fat for about 4 minutes.
