🍽️ Turkey Curry with Coriander Naan

Ingredients
- coriander, fresh 20 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- yogurt, plain 100 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- water 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- carrots 4 pcs
- green beans 400 g
- garlic cloves 1 pcs
- lemons 1 pcs
- turkey breast fillet 600 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- curry powder 1 tbsp
- vegetable broth 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the coriander thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Shake the coriander dry and chop it finely.
- 3. Put the coriander, flour, yogurt, baking powder, olive oil, water, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
- 4. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 5. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and set it aside.
- 6. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends.
- 7. Slice the carrots into thin rounds.
- 8. Rinse the beans and remove the ends.
- 9. Halve the beans.
- 10. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 11. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 12. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest finely.
- 13. Rinse the turkey breast and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
- 14. Cut the turkey breast into cubes of about two centimeters.
- 15. Season the turkey cubes with salt.
- 16. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pot over high heat.
- 17. Fry the turkey cubes in it for about three minutes.
- 18. Remove the meat from the pot and place it on a plate.
- 19. Set the meat aside.
- 20. Heat another tablespoon of oil in the same pot over high heat.
- 21. Fry the carrot slices, garlic, and curry powder for about three minutes.
- 22. Deglaze the mixture with broth.
- 23. Add the beans and the lemon zest.
- 24. Simmer the curry for about ten minutes over low heat.
- 25. Divide the naan dough into eight equal portions.
- 26. Roll each portion out to a thickness of about 0.5 centimeters.
- 27. Warm a pan over medium heat.
- 28. Bake the naan breads without fat for about two minutes on each side.
- 29. Return the turkey meat to the curry.
- 30. Warm the meat in the curry for about two minutes.
- 31. Season the curry with salt and pepper to taste.
- 32. Fill the curry into bowls.
- 33. Serve the naan breads alongside.
- 34. Enjoy the turkey curry with the naan bread.
