  3. 3. Put the coriander, flour, yogurt, baking powder, olive oil, water, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
  4. 4. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and set it aside.
  6. 6. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends.
  7. 7. Slice the carrots into thin rounds.
  8. 8. Rinse the beans and remove the ends.
  9. 9. Halve the beans.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  11. 11. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
  12. 12. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest finely.
  13. 13. Rinse the turkey breast and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
  14. 14. Cut the turkey breast into cubes of about two centimeters.
  15. 15. Season the turkey cubes with salt.
  16. 16. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pot over high heat.
  17. 17. Fry the turkey cubes in it for about three minutes.
  18. 18. Remove the meat from the pot and place it on a plate.

  20. 20. Heat another tablespoon of oil in the same pot over high heat.
  21. 21. Fry the carrot slices, garlic, and curry powder for about three minutes.

  28. 28. Bake the naan breads without fat for about two minutes on each side.
