  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  3. 3. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers.
  4. 4. Cut the pepper flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes.
  5. 5. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  6. 6. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  7. 7. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  8. 8. Bring the broth to a boil in a pot.
  9. 9. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over high heat.
  10. 10. Sauté the pepper cubes for about 2 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the peppers from the pan and set them aside.
  12. 12. Clean the pan thoroughly.
  13. 13. Add the bulgur to the boiling broth.
  14. 14. Simmer the bulgur covered for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
  15. 15. Remove the pot from the heat.
  16. 16. Let the bulgur swell covered for another approx. 10 minutes.
  17. 17. Rinse the turkey breast.
  18. 18. Pat the turkey dry with kitchen paper.
  19. 19. Season the turkey with salt.
  20. 20. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan over high heat.
  21. 21. Sear the turkey in the hot oil for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
  22. 22. Season the turkey with pepper afterwards.
  23. 23. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  24. 24. Place the turkey on the tray.
  25. 25. Put the turkey in the oven for approx. 8 minutes.

  29. 29. Spin the spinach dry.
  30. 30. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan drippings.
  31. 31. Heat the oil over medium heat.

  33. 33. Add the spinach gradually to the pan.
  34. 34. Let the spinach wilt in the pan.
