🍲 Turkey Tomato Stew with Fresh Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- Parsley, fresh 0.5 bunch
- Dill, fresh 30 g
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Turkey breast cutlets 600 g
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Pepper, sweet paprika pinch
- Sugar pinch
- Tomatoes, chopped 400 g
- Long grain rice 100 g
- Vegetable broth 750 ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the herbs under running water and pat them dry thoroughly. Pick the leaves off the stems.
- 2. Wash the lime, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Place the herbs in the mixing container and chop them for 10 seconds on speed 8.
- 4. Use a spatula to push the herbs down towards the blades.
- 5. Chop the herbs for another 5 seconds on speed 8.
- 6. Add 4 tablespoons of oil, the lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- 7. Blend the mixture for 10 seconds on speed 10 to create a sauce.
- 8. Remove the herb sauce, adjust the seasoning to taste, and place it in the fridge to cool.
- 9. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into coarse cubes.
- 10. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 11. Place the onion and garlic into the clean mixing container.
- 12. Chop the vegetables for 5 seconds on speed 6.
- 13. Add the remaining oil.
- 14. Place the lid on, but leave the measuring cup opening empty.
- 15. Cook the onion mixture for 4 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 16. Rinse the meat under cold water and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
- 17. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
- 18. Add the meat cubes to the mixing container.
- 19. Sear the meat for 3 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 20. Season the dish with tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika powder, and a pinch of sugar.
- 21. Add the chopped tomatoes and the rice.
- 22. Pour hot broth over the ingredients.
- 23. Cook the stew for 25 minutes on speed 1 at 100 degrees Celsius in counter-clockwise direction.
- 24. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the stew with salt and pepper.
- 25. Serve the turkey tomato pot warm with the cold herb sauce.
