  1. 1. Rinse the herbs under running water and pat them dry thoroughly. Pick the leaves off the stems.
  2. 2. Wash the lime, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice.
  3. 3. Place the herbs in the mixing container and chop them for 10 seconds on speed 8.
  4. 4. Use a spatula to push the herbs down towards the blades.
  5. 5. Chop the herbs for another 5 seconds on speed 8.
  6. 6. Add 4 tablespoons of oil, the lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  7. 7. Blend the mixture for 10 seconds on speed 10 to create a sauce.
  8. 8. Remove the herb sauce, adjust the seasoning to taste, and place it in the fridge to cool.
  9. 9. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into coarse cubes.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic cloves.
  11. 11. Place the onion and garlic into the clean mixing container.
  12. 12. Chop the vegetables for 5 seconds on speed 6.
  13. 13. Add the remaining oil.
  14. 14. Place the lid on, but leave the measuring cup opening empty.
  15. 15. Cook the onion mixture for 4 minutes on the sauté setting.
  16. 16. Rinse the meat under cold water and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
  17. 17. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
  18. 18. Add the meat cubes to the mixing container.
  19. 19. Sear the meat for 3 minutes on the sauté setting.
  20. 20. Season the dish with tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika powder, and a pinch of sugar.
  21. 21. Add the chopped tomatoes and the rice.
  22. 22. Pour hot broth over the ingredients.
  23. 23. Cook the stew for 25 minutes on speed 1 at 100 degrees Celsius in counter-clockwise direction.
  24. 24. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the stew with salt and pepper.
  25. 25. Serve the turkey tomato pot warm with the cold herb sauce.
