  1. 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly, pat dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Drain the capers well. Gently separate the lettuce leaves, wash them, and shake them dry as well.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the mustard and season with honey, salt, and pepper. Cut the bread slices into three strips each and spread with the mustard cream.
  3. 3. Place a lettuce leaf on each bread slice, roll up the poultry ham, and place it on top. Add a small dollop of mustard cream onto the poultry ham and decorate the turkey-mustard bites with capers and parsley. Enjoy your meal!
