🍽️ Turkey Mustard Bites

Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 5 g
- capers 1 tsp
- mini romaine 1 pc
- sour cream 100 g
- mustard 1 tsp
- honey 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sunflower seed bread 4 slices
- poultry ham 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly, pat dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Drain the capers well. Gently separate the lettuce leaves, wash them, and shake them dry as well.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the mustard and season with honey, salt, and pepper. Cut the bread slices into three strips each and spread with the mustard cream.
- 3. Place a lettuce leaf on each bread slice, roll up the poultry ham, and place it on top. Add a small dollop of mustard cream onto the poultry ham and decorate the turkey-mustard bites with capers and parsley. Enjoy your meal!
