  2. 2. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly.
  3. 3. Remove the hard stem at the bottom of the head.
  4. 4. Break the cauliflower into small florets.
  5. 5. Place the florets into a large bowl.
  6. 6. Add one tablespoon of oil.
  7. 7. Season with a pinch of salt.
  8. 8. Mix everything well until the florets are coated.
  9. 9. Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet.
  10. 10. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 25 minutes.
  11. 11. Set the bowl with the remaining marinade aside.
  12. 12. Mix peanut butter, broth, and a pinch of salt in the bowl.
  13. 13. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water.
  14. 14. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
  15. 15. Cut the turkey breast into uniform cubes.
  16. 16. Add the meat cubes to the marinade.
  17. 17. Toss the meat until it is fully marinated.
  18. 18. Thread the meat cubes onto the wooden skewers.
  19. 19. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
  20. 20. Sear the skewers on all sides over medium heat.
  21. 21. This takes about two minutes.

  28. 28. Cut the pak choi in half lengthwise.
  29. 29. Remove the hard stem at the bottom.
  30. 30. Place the pak choi into the boiling water.
  31. 31. Cook the vegetable for four minutes.
  32. 32. Remove the pak choi from the water.
  33. 33. Let the water drain off.
  34. 34. Season the pak choi with salt and pepper.
  35. 35. Take the baking sheet with cauliflower and skewers out of the oven.
  36. 36. Plate the cauliflower and skewers.
  37. 37. Add the pak choi to the side.
  38. 38. Serve the dish immediately.
