🍽️ Turkey Satay Skewers with Roasted Cauliflower and Pak Choi

Ingredients
- Cauliflower 2 pcs
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Peanut butter 4 tbsp
- Vegetable broth 100 ml
- Turkey breast fillet 600 g
- Pak Choi 2 pcs
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly.
- 3. Remove the hard stem at the bottom of the head.
- 4. Break the cauliflower into small florets.
- 5. Place the florets into a large bowl.
- 6. Add one tablespoon of oil.
- 7. Season with a pinch of salt.
- 8. Mix everything well until the florets are coated.
- 9. Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet.
- 10. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 25 minutes.
- 11. Set the bowl with the remaining marinade aside.
- 12. Mix peanut butter, broth, and a pinch of salt in the bowl.
- 13. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water.
- 14. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
- 15. Cut the turkey breast into uniform cubes.
- 16. Add the meat cubes to the marinade.
- 17. Toss the meat until it is fully marinated.
- 18. Thread the meat cubes onto the wooden skewers.
- 19. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a frying pan.
- 20. Sear the skewers on all sides over medium heat.
- 21. This takes about two minutes.
- 22. Place the skewers on the baking sheet with the cauliflower.
- 23. Bake everything for another seven minutes in the oven.
- 24. Fill a pot with one liter of water.
- 25. Add some salt to the water.
- 26. Bring the water to a boil.
- 27. Wash the pak choi thoroughly.
- 28. Cut the pak choi in half lengthwise.
- 29. Remove the hard stem at the bottom.
- 30. Place the pak choi into the boiling water.
- 31. Cook the vegetable for four minutes.
- 32. Remove the pak choi from the water.
- 33. Let the water drain off.
- 34. Season the pak choi with salt and pepper.
- 35. Take the baking sheet with cauliflower and skewers out of the oven.
- 36. Plate the cauliflower and skewers.
- 37. Add the pak choi to the side.
- 38. Serve the dish immediately.
