Ingredients
- Mango 1 pc.
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Turkey breast cutlets 600 g
- Boiled ham 4 slices
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Lemons 1 pc.
- sour cream 200 g
- Curry powder 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Soak the wooden skewers in cold water.
- 2. Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit.
- 3. Slice half of the mango flesh into thin slices.
- 4. Wash the parsley and dry it thoroughly.
- 5. Separate the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 6. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
- 7. Rinse the turkey cutlets and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Place the turkey cutlets between cling film.
- 9. Pound the cutlets flat until they are thin.
- 10. Place a slice of ham on each turkey cutlet.
- 11. Distribute the mango slices evenly over the ham.
- 12. Distribute the chopped parsley evenly over the mango.
- 13. Roll the cutlets up tightly.
- 14. Cut the rolls crosswise into pieces about 3 cm thick.
- 15. Drain the skewers after they have been in water.
- 16. Thread 3 to 4 pieces of meat onto each skewer.
- 17. Drizzle the skewers with a little oil.
- 18. Season the skewers to taste.
- 19. Cook the skewers on the hot grill for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 20. Puree the remaining mango flesh in a tall container.
- 21. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 22. Mix the mango puree in a bowl with sour cream.
- 23. Season the dip with salt, pepper, curry, and lemon juice.
- 24. Serve the dip together with the skewers.
