  2. 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. 3. Slice the potatoes into rounds about 1 cm thick.
  4. 4. Place the potato slices on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Drizzle the potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  6. 6. Season the potatoes with 1 to 2 pinches of salt.
  7. 7. Bake the potatoes for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Halve the shallot and peel it.
  9. 9. Cut the shallot into thin strips.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic.
  11. 11. Finely chop the garlic.
  12. 12. Halve the lime.
  13. 13. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
  14. 14. Peel the cucumber.
  15. 15. Cut off the ends of the cucumber.
  16. 16. Coarsely grate one-third of the cucumber into a bowl.
  17. 17. Quarter the remaining part of the cucumber lengthwise.
  18. 18. Remove the seeds from the cucumber quarters.
  19. 19. Cut the deseeded cucumber pieces into cubes about 1 cm in size.
  20. 20. Wash the parsley.
  21. 21. Pat the parsley dry with kitchen paper.
  22. 22. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  23. 23. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  24. 24. Rinse the turkey fillets.
  25. 25. Pat the turkey fillets dry with kitchen paper.
  26. 26. Cut the turkey fillets into strips about 1 cm wide.
  27. 27. Place the turkey strips in a bowl.
  28. 28. Add the chopped shallots and half of the garlic to the turkey strips.

  30. 30. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the turkey strips.

  33. 33. Place the grated cucumber in a separate bowl.

  47. 47. Combine the fried potatoes with the cucumber-yogurt mixture.
  48. 48. Crumble feta cheese over the potatoes as desired.
  49. 49. Plate the turkey gyros, fried potatoes, and tzatziki sauce.
  50. 50. Serve the dish.
