🍽️ Turkey Vegetable Skewers from the Grill

Ingredients
- Turkey breast cutlets 600 g
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Sweet paprika powder 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper pinch
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Paprika, red 1 pc.
- Paprika, green 1 pc.
- Paprika, yellow 1 pc.
- Zucchini 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast fillets, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into cubes. Wash the lime, halve it and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix paprika powder, cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp lime juice and ketchup. Marinate the meat in this mixture and set aside.
- 2. Rinse the paprika, quarter it, remove the stems and seeds and chop into coarse cubes. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, quarter lengthwise and cut into pieces about 1 cm thick. Thread the turkey meat, paprika and zucchini onto wooden skewers as desired.
- 3. Preheat the grill. Grill the turkey vegetable skewers for about 5 minutes all around until golden brown. Enjoy your meal! Tip: Serve with fresh baguette and a green salad.
