  1. 1. Rinse the turkey breast fillets, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into cubes. Wash the lime, halve it and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix paprika powder, cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp lime juice and ketchup. Marinate the meat in this mixture and set aside.
  2. 2. Rinse the paprika, quarter it, remove the stems and seeds and chop into coarse cubes. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, quarter lengthwise and cut into pieces about 1 cm thick. Thread the turkey meat, paprika and zucchini onto wooden skewers as desired.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill. Grill the turkey vegetable skewers for about 5 minutes all around until golden brown. Enjoy your meal! Tip: Serve with fresh baguette and a green salad.
