🍽️ Quick Turkey Strips with Mango Hummus

Ingredients
- Turkey breast fillet 600 g
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Yogurt, plain 150 g
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Chickpeas 400 g
- Sesame, white 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Mint, fresh 20 g
- Mango 1 pc.
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Sugar Pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast under running water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Slice the turkey breast lengthwise into thin strips.
- 3. Wash the parsley thoroughly and dry it.
- 4. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 5. Place the turkey strips, parsley, yogurt, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 6. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 7. Peel the garlic and crush it roughly.
- 8. Drain the chickpeas in a sieve.
- 9. Place the garlic, chickpeas, sesame, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 4 tablespoons of cold water in a tall container.
- 10. Blend the mixture into a fine paste.
- 11. Season the hummus to taste with salt and pepper.
- 12. Wash the mint and dry it.
- 13. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 14. Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 15. Cut the mango flesh into strips.
- 16. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
- 17. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 18. Fry the mango strips in the pan for about 2 minutes.
- 19. Deglaze the mango with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 20. Add the chopped mint and sugar to the mango.
- 21. Keep the mango warm over low heat.
- 22. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in another pan over high heat.
- 23. Let the marinated turkey strips drain slightly.
- 24. Fry the turkey strips on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- 25. Serve the turkey strips together with the warm mango and hummus.
