🍽️ Pulled Chicken Burgers with BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets 600 g
- Magic Dust seasoning 1 tsp
- pointed cabbage 0.25 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- salt pinch
- sugar pinch
- oil 1 tbsp
- barbecue sauce 100 ml
- mayonnaise 3 tsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- vinegar 1 tsp
- hamburger buns 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 2. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Rub the chicken breast thoroughly with the Magic Dust seasoning.
- 4. Set the seasoned meat aside to let the flavors penetrate.
- 5. Quarter the pointed cabbage.
- 6. Remove the hard core and the outer leaves of the cabbage.
- 7. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
- 8. Wash the carrot.
- 9. Peel the carrot.
- 10. Grate the carrot coarsely.
- 11. Place the cut cabbage and grated carrot into a bowl.
- 12. Season the vegetables with salt and sugar.
- 13. Knead the mixture vigorously.
- 14. Let the coleslaw sit for about 10 minutes.
- 15. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan on high heat.
- 16. Season the chicken breast fillets generously with salt.
- 17. Fry the fillets in the hot oil for about 2 minutes on all sides.
- 18. Deglaze the meat with 75 milliliters of water.
- 19. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
- 20. Cover the frying pan with a lid.
- 21. Finish cooking the chicken on low heat for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- 22. Warm 100 milliliters of barbecue sauce in a pot on low heat.
- 23. Shred the cooked chicken breast in a bowl using two forks.
- 24. Add the warmed barbecue sauce to the shredded chicken.
- 25. Mix the sauce with a little liquid from the pan if the meat seems too dry.
- 26. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
- 27. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar to the marinated coleslaw.
- 28. Mix the coleslaw ingredients well.
- 29. Season the coleslaw with salt and pepper to taste.
- 30. Slice the burger buns open.
- 31. Toast the buns lightly in a pan if desired.
- 32. Top the buns with the coleslaw.
- 33. Place the shredded chicken on top of the coleslaw.
- 34. Serve the pulled chicken burgers with barbecue sauce.
