- Pulled Beef 200 g
- Cabbage 0.25 pc.
- Carrots 2 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Sugar pinch
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Hamburger buns 4 pc.
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection). Place the Pulled Beef in a baking dish and bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes.

- 3. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely. Halve the hamburger buns and toast them for about 5 minutes together with the Pulled Beef in the oven.
- 4. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar to the cabbage, mix everything, and season to taste. Stir in the parsley.
- 5. Tear the Pulled Beef apart with two forks. Brush the bottom halves of the burgers with some ketchup. Distribute the Pulled Beef and the coleslaw on the bottom burger halves, place the bun tops on them, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
