🍽️ Spooky Pumpkin Nachos with Guacamole

Ingredients
- onions, red 2 pcs.
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- cilantro, fresh 10 g
- organic limes 1 pc.
- avocado 4 pcs.
- salt pinch
- chili, ground pinch
- hokkaido pumpkin 1 pc.
- nachos 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onions and remove the outer skins. Dice the onions into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 3. Wash the cilantro and shake it dry. Remove the thick stems and roughly chop the leaves.
- 4. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- 6. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
- 7. Add the diced onions, chopped garlic, and cilantro to the avocado mixture.
- 8. Season the guacamole with lime juice, salt, and chili. Mix everything well.
- 9. Wash the pumpkin thoroughly.
- 10. Cut off the top of the pumpkin.
- 11. Remove the seeds and pulp from the inside of the pumpkin using a spoon.
- 12. Carve a face into the pumpkin using a small knife. Ensure the mouth is large and ends at the bottom of the pumpkin.
- 13. Place the finished pumpkin on the edge of a large plate.
- 14. Place the guacamole in a long strip directly in front of the pumpkin's mouth on the plate.
- 15. Arrange the nachos around the guacamole on the plate.
- 16. Serve the Spooky Pumpkin with the nachos and guacamole.
