  1. 1. Mix Skyr, baking powder, salt, agave syrup, and spelt flour in a bowl.
  2. 2. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Let the dough rest in a quiet place for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Place the tuna in a sieve to drain well.
  5. 5. Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
  6. 6. Break the broccoli into small florets.
  7. 7. Cut the feta cheese into cubes of approx. 1 cm.
  8. 8. Halve the onion and peel it.
  9. 9. Dice the onion into fine cubes.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 250 °C with top and bottom heat.
  11. 11. Divide the dough into two equal portions.
  12. 12. Dust a work surface with some spelt flour.
  13. 13. Roll out the first dough portion into a round base of approx. 24 cm diameter.
  14. 14. Make sure the edge remains slightly thicker than the center.
  15. 15. Place the dough base on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  16. 16. Repeat steps 11 to 15 with the second dough portion.
  17. 17. Finely chop some tomato.
  18. 18. Brush the first dough base thinly with the chopped tomato.
  19. 19. Season the tomato layer with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Distribute the drained tuna evenly over the pizza.
  21. 21. Add the broccoli florets on top.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the diced onion over it.
  23. 23. Distribute the feta cheese cubes or crumbles over the pizza.
  24. 24. Repeat steps 17 to 23 for the second pizza.
  25. 25. Slide the first pizza into the preheated oven.
  26. 26. Bake the pizza for approx. 8 to 10 minutes.
  27. 27. Carefully remove the finished pizza from the oven.
  28. 28. Bake the second pizza for approx. 8 to 10 minutes as well.
  29. 29. Sprinkle some dried oregano over the hot pizza.
  30. 30. Serve the pizza immediately and enjoy!
