🍕 Protein Pizza with Tuna and Broccoli

Ingredients
- Skyr, plain 125 g
- Baking powder 7 g
- Salt 2 g
- Agave syrup 5 g
- Spelt flour, Type 630 150 g
- Tuna in its own juice 195 g
- Broccoli 1 pc.
- Feta 200 g
- Onions, red 1 pc.
- Tomatoes, chopped 400 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oregano, dried 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Mix Skyr, baking powder, salt, agave syrup, and spelt flour in a bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 3. Let the dough rest in a quiet place for 30 minutes.
- 4. Place the tuna in a sieve to drain well.
- 5. Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
- 6. Break the broccoli into small florets.
- 7. Cut the feta cheese into cubes of approx. 1 cm.
- 8. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 9. Dice the onion into fine cubes.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 250 °C with top and bottom heat.
- 11. Divide the dough into two equal portions.
- 12. Dust a work surface with some spelt flour.
- 13. Roll out the first dough portion into a round base of approx. 24 cm diameter.
- 14. Make sure the edge remains slightly thicker than the center.
- 15. Place the dough base on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 16. Repeat steps 11 to 15 with the second dough portion.
- 17. Finely chop some tomato.
- 18. Brush the first dough base thinly with the chopped tomato.
- 19. Season the tomato layer with salt and pepper.
- 20. Distribute the drained tuna evenly over the pizza.
- 21. Add the broccoli florets on top.
- 22. Sprinkle the diced onion over it.
- 23. Distribute the feta cheese cubes or crumbles over the pizza.
- 24. Repeat steps 17 to 23 for the second pizza.
- 25. Slide the first pizza into the preheated oven.
- 26. Bake the pizza for approx. 8 to 10 minutes.
- 27. Carefully remove the finished pizza from the oven.
- 28. Bake the second pizza for approx. 8 to 10 minutes as well.
- 29. Sprinkle some dried oregano over the hot pizza.
- 30. Serve the pizza immediately and enjoy!
