  8. 8. Cover the pan with a lid.
  9. 9. Let the omelet set for about 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the omelet from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  11. 11. Cut the omelet into quarters.
  12. 12. Clean the mushrooms if necessary.
  13. 13. Slice the mushrooms.
  14. 14. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
