Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Soy sauce 10 ml
- Garlic, granulated 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp
- Mushrooms, brown 200 g
- Rapeseed oil 2 tbsp
- Carrots 300 g
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
- Farmhouse mild bread 8 slices
- Cilantro, fresh 1 bunch
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl.
- 2. Lightly whisk the eggs.
- 3. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
- 4. Stir the mixture well.
- 5. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 6. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- 7. Stir the mixture briefly.
- 8. Cover the pan with a lid.
- 9. Let the omelet set for about 5 minutes.
- 10. Remove the omelet from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- 11. Cut the omelet into quarters.
- 12. Clean the mushrooms if necessary.
- 13. Slice the mushrooms.
- 14. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
- 15. Fry the mushroom slices for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 16. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
- 17. Peel the carrots.
- 18. Use a peeler to slice the carrots into long, thin strips.
- 19. Place the carrot strips in a bowl.
- 20. Add vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt.
- 21. Marinate the carrots and set them aside.
- 22. Mix mayonnaise with Sriracha sauce in another bowl.
- 23. Spread the Sriracha mayonnaise evenly over the bread slices.
- 24. Place a portion of omelet on four bread slices.
- 25. Distribute the fried mushrooms over the omelet.
- 26. Let the carrot salad drain slightly.
- 27. Place the carrot salad on top of the mushrooms.
- 28. Sprinkle a few leaves of fresh cilantro over the top.
- 29. Close the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices.
