🥤 Icy Grapefruit Prosecco Slush

Ingredients
- Grapefruit 2 pcs.
- sugar 25 g
- Crushed Ice 200 g
- vanilla ice cream 250 g
- Prosecco 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the grapefruits in half.
- 2. Squeeze the juice out of the grapefruits.
- 3. Put the grapefruit juice, the sugar, and the crushed ice into the food processor.
- 4. Blend the mixture in the food processor until it is fine and icy.
- 5. Fill the grapefruit slush into champagne coupes.
- 6. Top the slush with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- 7. Fill the glasses with prosecco.
- 8. Serve the drink immediately.
