  5. 5. Let the bulgur swell for about 10 minutes with the lid on.
  6. 6. Distribute the bulgur onto 4 large bowls or plates.
  7. 7. Bring about 2 liters of salted water to a boil in another pot.
  8. 8. Wash the broccoli thoroughly.
  9. 9. Cut the broccoli into florets about 2 cm in size.
  10. 10. Peel the stem of the broccoli.
  11. 11. Slice the stem into thin slices.
  12. 12. Wash the snow peas.
  13. 13. Cook the broccoli in the boiling water for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  14. 14. Add the snow peas and broccoli slices after about 2 minutes.
  15. 15. Cook everything for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  16. 16. Drain the vegetables in a colander.
  17. 17. Rinse the vegetables with cold water to stop the cooking process.
