🍳 Oatmeal with Forest Berries

Ingredients
- oats, fine 160 g
- salt pinch
- milk 800 ml
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- blackberries, fresh 100 g
- raspberries, fresh 100 g
- mint, fresh 20 g
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the oats and a pinch of salt into a pot.
- 2. Pour in the milk.
- 3. Place the pot on a low heat setting.
- 4. Cook the porridge for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 5. Stir occasionally until the milk is fully absorbed by the oats.
- 6. Wash the berries thoroughly under running water.
- 7. Let the berries drain well in a colander.
- 8. Wash the mint as well.
- 9. Shake the mint dry.
- 10. Gently pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 11. Stir honey into the finished porridge.
- 12. Spoon the porridge into bowls.
- 13. Garnish the dish with the forest fruits.
- 14. Sprinkle the mint leaves over the top.
- 15. Serve the porridge immediately.
