  2. 2. Pour in the milk.
  3. 3. Place the pot on a low heat setting.
  4. 4. Cook the porridge for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir occasionally until the milk is fully absorbed by the oats.
  6. 6. Wash the berries thoroughly under running water.
  7. 7. Let the berries drain well in a colander.
  8. 8. Wash the mint as well.
  9. 9. Shake the mint dry.
  10. 10. Gently pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  11. 11. Stir honey into the finished porridge.
  12. 12. Spoon the porridge into bowls.
  13. 13. Garnish the dish with the forest fruits.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the mint leaves over the top.
  15. 15. Serve the porridge immediately.
