🍳 Porridge with Soy Drink, Banana and Blueberries

Ingredients
- Oat flakes, fine 150 g
- Soy drink 500 ml
- Water 300 ml
- Blueberries, fresh 200 g
- Raspberries, fresh 200 g
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, toast the oat flakes with a little oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until they release a pleasant aroma. Then add the soy drink and water and simmer the porridge, stirring constantly, for approx. 10 minutes.
- 2. Wash the blueberries and raspberries thoroughly. Peel the bananas and slice them. Sweeten the porridge with honey and serve it in bowls together with the fruit. Enjoy your meal!
