  1. 1. In a pot, toast the oat flakes with a little oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until they release a pleasant aroma. Then add the soy drink and water and simmer the porridge, stirring constantly, for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Wash the blueberries and raspberries thoroughly. Peel the bananas and slice them. Sweeten the porridge with honey and serve it in bowls together with the fruit. Enjoy your meal!
