🍳 Creamy Porridge with Oranges and Walnuts

Ingredients
- oat flakes, fine 160 g
- salt pinch
- milk 800 ml
- honey 2 tbsp
- oranges 4 pcs.
- walnut kernels 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Add the oats and a pinch of salt to a pot.
- 2. Cover the oats with milk.
- 3. Place the pot on a low heat setting.
- 4. Stir the mixture constantly while it simmers.
- 5. Stir in the honey when the time has passed.
- 6. Continue cooking until the oats are tender.
- 7. Continue cooking until the mixture looks creamy.
- 8. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 9. Portion the porridge into individual bowls.
- 10. Peel the oranges completely.
- 11. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces.
- 12. Distribute the orange pieces evenly over the porridge.
- 13. Finely chop the walnuts.
- 14. Sprinkle the walnuts over the dish.
