🍳 Creamy Oatmeal with Fresh Mango and Blueberries

Ingredients
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- oats, fine 160 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- milk 500 ml
- water 300 ml
- mango 2 pcs
- mint, fresh 10 g
- honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the blueberries under running water.
- 2. Let the blueberries drain well in a sieve.
- 3. Put the oats and some oil into a pot.
- 4. Heat the pot on medium heat.
- 5. Toast the oats for about 2 minutes until they smell fragrant.
- 6. Add milk and water to the oats.
- 7. Simmer the porridge on medium heat.
- 8. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- 9. Simmer the porridge for about 10 minutes.
- 10. Peel the mango.
- 11. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 12. Dice the mango flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes.
- 13. Wash the mint under cold water.
- 14. Shake the mint dry.
- 15. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 16. Mix the finished porridge with honey.
- 17. Serve the porridge in bowls.
- 18. Garnish the porridge with the mango cubes and blueberries.
- 19. Sprinkle the fresh mint leaves on top.
- 20. Enjoy your meal!
