  2. 2. Let the blueberries drain well in a sieve.
  3. 3. Put the oats and some oil into a pot.
  4. 4. Heat the pot on medium heat.
  5. 5. Toast the oats for about 2 minutes until they smell fragrant.
  6. 6. Add milk and water to the oats.
  7. 7. Simmer the porridge on medium heat.
  8. 8. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  9. 9. Simmer the porridge for about 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Peel the mango.
  11. 11. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
  12. 12. Dice the mango flesh into approx. 1 cm cubes.
  13. 13. Wash the mint under cold water.
  14. 14. Shake the mint dry.
  15. 15. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  16. 16. Mix the finished porridge with honey.
  17. 17. Serve the porridge in bowls.
  18. 18. Garnish the porridge with the mango cubes and blueberries.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the fresh mint leaves on top.
