🍳 Porridge with Coconut Milk, Blueberries and Nuts

Ingredients
- oats, fine 160 g
- oil 1 tbsp
- coconut milk 350 ml
- water 450 ml
- blueberries, fresh 200 g
- mint, fresh 10 g
- chocolate, white 20 g
- honey 1 tbsp
- almonds, whole 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Toast oats in a pot with oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until they start to smell fragrant. Then add coconut milk and water, and cook the porridge for about 10 minutes over medium heat while stirring constantly.
- 2. Wash the blueberries thoroughly. Rinse the mint, dry it off, and pluck the leaves. Grate the chocolate finely.
- 3. Taste the porridge with honey and distribute it into bowls. Top with blueberries, mint, chocolate shavings, and almonds.
