🍳 Porridge with Kiwi and Banana

Ingredients
- Oat flakes, fine 160 g
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Milk 500 ml
- Water 300 ml
- Kiwi 2 pcs
- Bananas 2 pcs
- Honey 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, toast the oats with some oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes until they start to smell aromatic. Then add milk and water, cooking the porridge while stirring constantly over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Peel the kiwis and bananas, then slice them into rounds. Sweeten the porridge with honey and serve in bowls, topped with the kiwi and banana slices.
